DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

HappyMod.gg respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Notice of Infringement

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, HappyMod.gg will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the site.

Note: It may take 2–5 business days for a response and for the content to be processed for removal.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include your contact details, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

HappyMod.gg reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users or ban uploaders who are found to be repeat infringers.
